(SPOT.ph) Writer, musician, and TV host Lourd de Veyra adds "male model" to his many hats in the January 2012 issue of Cosmopolitan Philippines. Donning classic sixties-style suits, he shares the fashion pages with funnyman Ramon Bautista in Cosmo’s "Mod About You" fashion editorial shot on location at Mr. Jones in Greenbelt 5, Makati.
Lourd describes his fashion style as "geek, punk rock, jologs" but admits to taking style inspiration from actors Cary Grant and Gregory Peck. "I don’t dress like them. They just look nice to me," he is quick to add. He also says he would let a girl dictate his style only "if she has absolutely excellent taste."
The writer’s tips on how to be confident? "Number 1: Be comfortable in your own skin. Number 2: Learn to cultivate a healthy sense of humor. Number 3: If you can’t be really knowledgeable, try to at least be conveniently informed.
