Apparently we are all wrong, says artist Jayson Oliveria

His exhibit runs until October 10 at Pablo Fort.

(SPOT.ph) Have you ever been wrong in your life? At some point, we all have been. But nobody likes it said to his face.

In his latest exhibition, After This, Everything You Do Is Wrong, artist Jayson Oliveria does just that. He challenges the viewer to look at how he or she interprets paintings, and so consequently, other works of art. This University of the Philippines alum’s latest works question our image of success and failure, among other things, through thought-provoking images.

Jayson Oliveria is a recipient of the CCP Thirteen Artists Award, an Ateneo Art Awards Nominee twice, and has received residency grants from the Big Sky Mind Artists Project Foundation in Manila and Art Space Tetra in Fukuoka, Japan.

His latest exhibition is ongoing at Pablo Fort until October 10.

Pablo Fort is at  C-11 South of Market, Bonifacio Global City. For more information, visit Pablo Fort’s website
