Eyes Wide Shut Burlesque is a mysterious interactive performance hosted by a "secret society"
(SPOT.ph) An interactive masquerade-themed burlesque show is something that sounds like one you only see in the movies. Picture this: You come to an eerie, dark, and mysteriously captivating event hosted by a secret society. Such a thing was unheard of in Manila—until DopeLoco’s Eyes Wide Shut Burlesque, inspired by the Stanley Kubrick film. The show promises a mystifying world of drama and intrigue expressed through song, acrobatics, dance, and non-nude (read: tasteful) striptease, featuring former Playboy Philippines Playmate Joyen Santos. Up for this new kind of thrill? Guests are encouraged to be at A Space Manila by 7:30 p.m. on February 5.
Come to the event armed—with a killer outfit. Guests are encouraged to wear semi-formal attire and masquerade-styled masks. Attendees will have access to Cyril Clement’s photo exhibit, Faces of The Century. It displays intimate portraits of Ernest Hemingway, Pablo Picasso, Yves Saint Laurent, Frank Sinatra, Charlie Chaplin, and more.
Ticket prices are as follows:
