Here's Your Chance to Hear Orchestra Versions of Your Fave Anime and Video Game Soundtracks

The two-part Melody Road concert is happening in Makati.

(SPOT.ph) Classical music might be the last thing you would associate with anime and video games, but this two-night concert shows that combining these interests is possible. Radical Dreemers, a fan-organized orchestra group, will be playing pieces from original soundtracks of well-loved anime shows and video games with a concert entitled Melody Road. It happens at The Axon, Green Sun Hotel in Makati on November 10 and December 8.

The event isn’t your usual high-brow music concert: The orchestra, with concert director and arranger Frances Fernando at the helm, will be composed of 18 people and a 10-person choir. There will also be a special lights show and booths at the event, too. The anime feature will be on November 10, while the video game feature will be on December 8.

We hope you're ready for a major dose of nostalgia because the concert will feature music and sound from Digimon, Studio Ghibli, Evangelion, Pokemon, and Sailor Moon, among others.
