Asia's 50 Best Restaurants Awarded by Acqua Panna and S. Pellegrino
New Asian dining destinations to add to your must-try list
(SPOT.ph) Thai restaurant Nahm took top honors at the awarding ceremony for Asia's 50 Best Restaurants, hosted by Acqua Panna and S. Pellegrino and held at Capella Hotel in Singapore on February 24.
Nahm is at the ground floor of Metropolitan Hotel, 27 South Sathorn Road, Bangkok
Nahm’s style is described as "Little-known, big-flavour sharing plates drawn from centuries-old Thai cookbooks"
Nahm, whose kitchen is led by Australian-born chef David Thompson, is located in Bangkok and serves Thai cuisine reinvented from recipes that are centuries old. It ranked third on the list of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants in 2013.
Sixteen of the 50 restaurants awarded are from China, 10 are from Japan, and eight are from Singapore. Here are the top 10:
