Green Pastures opens in Eastwood Mall

Chef Robby Goco’s farm-to-table restaurant now has a second location


( Could this second Green Pastures branch be the answer to the never-ending lines at the Shangri-La flagship?


Probably not; if anything, there could be more people getting hooked on the famous Duck Fat Fries. Chef Robby Goco who let us in on his plans for a second branch last year, finally opened on the third floor of Eastwood Mall, Quezon City. Though it keeps the now-signature green-and-wood look complete with foliage and shutters, it’s more casual and salad-based.



Green Pastures opened in August 2013 as an organic restaurant that uses local, farm-to-table ingredients. Chef Robby, who’s also behind CYMA, took six years of sourcing and research to develop the project. He initially wanted to make it a salad bar, but eventually decided on a more comprehensive dining approach. The menu occasionally changes depending on what ingredients are in season, but bestsellers include the Cacio y Pepe (P355), Pinoy Eggs (P125), and Farmhouse Salad (P550).
