Announcing the Arrival of "Panda" Sorbet

We can’t help but imagine a fluffy bear on a cone.

 

(SPOT.ph) Looks like ice cream genius Ian Carandang kept himself busy after the success of the latest Valentine flavors from Sebastian’s. Now, he’s making more tongues wag with another, Chinese New Year-inspired  series kicked off by the Panda Sorbet.

 

The black-and-white frozen treat, flaunting the famous bear’s iconic hues, is made up of homemade almond jelly blended with gelatin sorbet and their other new flavor, Grass Jelly. Nope, no real pandas were harmed in the making of this dessert.

Sebastian’s Ice Cream is launching this flavor, as well as the Grass Jelly Sorbet (complete with chunks of grass jelly) and Tikoy Ice Cream (very similar to the popular Sapin-Sapin made a few years earlier) today, February 20, at the World Eats bazaar in The Podium and at all their outlets.
