Black Sheep to collaborate with Hong Kong's Michelin-starred Bo Innovation
The "Demon Chef" is coming.
(SPOT.ph) What do you get when you put together the chef who made longganisa ice cream with the chef who made an edible condom? We don't know yet, but we will on April 25 (Saturday).
The country's very own Jordy Navarra of Black Sheep in Bonifacio Global City is collaborating with celebrity chef Alvin Leung who owns Bo London (one Michelin star) and Bo Innovation in Hong Kong (three Michelin stars, as well as a consistent placer in World and Asia Best Restaurants lists). A purveyor of his very own brand of "X-Treme Chinese" cuisine, the latter has been given the moniker "Demon Chef." Leung is also a judge on MasterChef Canada.
Prior to opening Black Sheep, Chef Jordy worked at Fat Duck with another celebrity chef, Heston Blumenthal. His free-thinking style of cooking has been acknowledged on CNN. Black Sheep was the only Philippine entry in Chris Dwyer's Restaurant wish list: 15 global eateries we're dying to try in 2015 published in January.
The collaboration is the first in Black Sheep's potential series called Four-Hands Dinner. The full menu will be disclosed before the actual event. Seats are limited and reservations are required. Contact 478-4498, 0917-871-4388.
Black Sheep is at Penthouse, W Fifth building, 32nd Street corner 5th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City.
