(SPOT.ph) For post-work drinks or some hearty chow, Backyard Kitchen + Brew is a cult-favorite. When they opened their first branch in UP Town Center back in December 2014, everyone from yuppies to students frequented this hangout. After a year, they've opened two more branches, and now, they’re set to open another branch in Bonifacio Global City.
Apart from the extensive selection of beer and liquor (their flavored beers are a must-try), Backyard Kitchen + Brew is famous for their Salted Egg Chicken Skin (P205)—the saltiness of the chicken skin is kept to a minimum, but the subtlety of the salted egg makes a huge difference on the flavor and texture of the dish. No official date of the opening yet, but we're hoping that it's sometime soon!
