Being excited for these eggs is better than any alarm clock.

It hasn't been too long since Italianni's introduced their version of breakfast, nearly a year ago—May 2014. Italian breakfast, apparently, is anything that's just good, and the chain branched out from pizzas and pastas with a staggering set of egg-laden wonders, from egg-topped toasts to egg-topped puff pastries, and a collection of omelettes. But Bistro Group's Corporate Chef Josh Boutwood's imagination—and way with eggs—didn't end there.

This month, he's launched another delectable culinary display that's making our stomachs grumble and our hearts flutter. Three thrilling meals that will change how we'll want to eat breakfast—maybe forever?

You might as well throw away your cereal bowl at the sight of Italianni's Baked Ham and Cheese Bread Bowl. The edible vessel is freshly made and filled with a hot cheese sauce flourished with ham and mushrooms that's baked and blanketed with a sunny side-up egg.

The Country-style Chorizo and Beans is their play on a rustic Italian breakfast staple. Under the pair of baked eggs, this traviata flaunts a medley of savory, salty, and sweet flavors that you can scoop up with grilled Tuscan bread.

Chef Josh shows off his gourmet skills with Italianni's interpretation of hash browns. The Three Cheese Potato Rosti Cups consist of a grated potato cup with a rich filling of mozzarella, parmesan, and taleggio cheeses. On top, a fitting embellishment of eggs, crispy bacon, and a side of French toast.

If you still need encouragement, all of Italianni's breakfast options come with free coffee.

Italianni's breakfast is offered at the Greenbelt and Bonifacio High Street branches from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
