We love revisiting classics, and this one never gets old. Master pastry chef Karen Young, known for her amazing red velvet cakes and other exciting baked creations, is also famous for creating the most discriminating cheesecake ever—a treat for those of us who simply cannot make up their minds. Her two-flavored cake is part-strawberry, part-blueberry; the sweet and tart cheesecake, made of premium cream cheese, is sectioned off using streusel crumbs—something we consider an extra gift.
