Grocery Find: Popcorn...on the cob!
It's a new way to eat popcorn!
(SPOT.ph) If you want to amp up your snack experience, we found popcorn that feels a little more authentic that your everyday kernels-turned-crunchy treats.
Spotted at Healthy Options: Farmer's Popcorn Cob (P200). Imagine those golden-brown popcorn kernels, arranged like corn still on the cob. We're just going to admit this rather superficial point: It's totes cute.
The difference is only skin-deep, however. Cooking Farmer's Popcorn is pretty similar to cooking your standard supermarket microwave popcorn. You put the cob in a special bag, seal it, set it up in a specific angle, and pop in high heat. Most of the popcorn manages to escape the cob in the process, but there are some that stick. Doesn't it look like a strange white tree?
