Fat Daddy's starts two-week shutdown
It's for the best reason ever.
(SPOT.ph) Meat capital Fat Daddy's Smokehouse has announced a two-week shutdown that begins today, October 12, up to the 26th. The al fresco Marikina destination has been making carnivores happy with their intensely flavored, fall-off-the-bone smoked creations since early 2015, but the reason for their sudden closure may very well excite fans.
Air-conditioning. That's what co-owner Josh Versoza tells us. Fat Daddy's will be installing air-conditioning as well as expanding the dining space. They're also rearranging the layout and revising the ambiance. Imagine enjoying their brawny, sweet and spicy ribs—but without the humidity. We might have to order a few extra plates.
Looks like things are pretty hectic for the Versoza family. They're currently in the middle of opening their second branch in Burgos Circle, which will launch before the year ends.
Fat Daddy's is at 171 Dao Street corner East Drive, Marikina Heights, Marikina City. Read more about Fat Daddy's Smokehouse.
