We found the yummiest brain ever!
Now we understand why zombies love this stuff.
(SPOT.ph) Now we understand why zombies enjoy brains so much. Cow and pork brains are a delicacy in some parts of the world (try the famous kinalas from Naga City), but many people still find it difficult to stomach. The "brains" at Salt Bakery, however, will bring out your inner zombie and you'll be clawing over the last piece.
The mini brain cakes are P110 apiece and are available in limited quantity daily. Underneath the swirly pink frosting is luscious and not-so-gory red velvet with a chocolate core. It comes with a syringe of extra edible blood. How's that for a Halloween dessert?
For the rest of October, Salt Bakery's famous cakes like the Tosi and Dahl will be dressed up in Halloween characters. You'll find jack-o-lanterns, Jack Skellington, tombstones, ghouls, gore, and ghosts on their shelves.
Salt Bakery is at F. Dela Rosa Street corner Katipunan Avenue, Quezon City. Read more about Salt Bakery.
