Hole in the Wall to go Greek in January
A favorite Greek restaurant is opening a delicious pop-up.
(SPOT.ph) You might have heard of a little Greek restaurant on Aguirre Avenue called Blé. Owned by Greek-Turkish couple Yiannis and Aysegul Trifyllis, it opened in 2014 and has quickly attracted attention for its rustic and authentic Mediterranean cuisine.
If you think Parañaque is a little out of reach, we know where and when you can get a taste of their delicious Greek food in a more accessible setting: Blé is opening a pop-up at Century City Mall's upscale food hall, Hole in the Wall, in Makati City on January 7 and will run for three delicious weeks.
Yiannis tells SPOT.ph that due to the limited kitchen space, they will be offering a menu with only their bestsellers: Souvlakis in Beef, Lamb, Chicken, and Falafel; Moussaka, Greek Salad, Hummus, Baba Ghanoush, and Greek Yogurt Shakes.
Trust us, you'll get hooked and suddenly, driving to Parañaque would be a cinch. You have to see their sea-themed blue-and-white interiors, too.
Blé and Blé Plus are at 188 Aguirre Avenue, BF Homes, Parañaque City and 410 El Grande Avenue, BF Homes, Parañaque City. Read more about Ble.
