(SPOT.ph) Ivorie Acosta, the first baker to bring Dominique Ansel's chocolate chip cookie shots in Manila, has expanded to a second branch (her first kiosk)—at The Podium, Mandaluyong. 

 

Established in 2009, Cookie Bar Manila is a sweet little stop for every cookie craving you can think of: from regular to cups to to cakes to stuffed to à la mode. The teacher-turned-baker was copping a cookie from her New York trip, when she decided to use muffin tins to bake her goods—the product of which was a resounding success. 

 

When Cronut inventor Dominique Ansel's cookie shots broke through in early 2014, it was easy for Ivorie to adapt her style—turning her shorter cups to slimmer shots. 

 

Cookie Bar Manila's old space was a hidden corner behind Mad Mark's Creamery and Good Eats.
