Green Pastures now serves breakfast...and lechon
But it's only available in one branch.
(SPOT.ph) Bonifacio Global City, Burgos Circle, and the rest of Taguig seem to be stepping up their breakfast game. This May, Green Pastures enters the breakfast fray, serving up hearty classics from pancakes to eggs to oats. Everything, of course, maintains the brand's healthy and organic philosophy.
Cauli Bowl and Kimchi-wa
Build up energy with the Kimchi-wa (P330): It's a bowl filled with brown rice, avocado, a five-minute duck egg, kimchi, bacon, spring onions, and sesame seeds—essentially loaded with all the things you need to jumpstart your day. Or, go for the trendier Cauli Bowl (P475). Instead of rice, this one uses cauliflower and it's topped with longganisa, roasted cherry tomatoes, egg custard, and homemade atsara. There's also Pan de Sal (P190), a 100% whole-wheat, burger-sized bun that packs together kesong puti, boneless milkfish, and extra virgin olive oil.
Pan de Sal
For the more Western palates, Green Pastures offers indulgent pancakes. The Banana Walnut (P290) arrives flourished with whipped butter and honey caramel sauce, while the Lemon Ricotta (P220) displays some zing, thanks to lemon curd and organic honey.

Cantaloupe Overnight Oats and Eggs and Green Omelette
Another must-try is the Eggs and Green Omelette (P220), which is loaded with parsley, sage, green onions, chives, and with a side of sourdough toast. Or, go light with the Cantaloupe Overnight Oats (P300). The fruit is hollowed out, then filled with oats, strawberries, and organic honey.
Roasted Organic Black Pig
For those who like sleeping in, however, the restaurant has also just introduced Roast Organic Black Pig (P1,400/three to four people), which comes with roasted potatoes, liver onion jam, and arugula. A more guilt-free version of lechon? We're definitely there.
Green Pastures' breakfast is available daily (7 a.m. to 10 a.m.) only at Net Park Building, 4th and 5th Streets, Bonifacio Global City. Read more about Green Pastures.
