Drinks that double as desserts!
(SPOT.ph) When you're on a quick work break and you want something other than coffee, chances are you might feel a bit stumped for choices. Consider yourself lucky if you happen to love fruity drinks because Starbucks has just the thing for you. Starting Tuesday, July 26, you can avail of their new Mango Fruit Jelly Yogurt (P160/Tall, P175/Grande, P190/Venti) and Strawberry Fruit Jelly Yogurt (P160/Tall, P175/Grande, P190/Venti).
The Mango Fruit Jelly Yogurt uses sweet mango sauce and a layer of mango fruit jelly with mango bites—a refreshing lift on a hot day. The Strawberry Fruit Jelly, on the other hand, is yogurt blended with strawberry sauce puree, topped with a layer of strawberry jelly with strawberry bites. Both beverages boast a sweet combination of chilled yogurt and fruity swirls blended with ice for that much needed zesty boost.
Triple Chocolate Truffle Cake
Don't forget to check out new desserts to pair with your drink, like the Triple Chocolate Truffle Cake (P150/slice, P1,350/whole)—moist, buttery, white chocolate sponge cake with generous layers of milk and truffle topped off with dark chocolate ganache and white chocolate shavings. If you're up for light but filling snacks, try their Maple Pecan Danish a flaky Danish pastry with maple filling, topped with chopped pecans; or Chicken Cannelloni, al dente pasta filled with chicken flakes and topped with creamy tomato sauce; or some Pan Au Chocolat.
