Baguio ube jam-flavored ice cream gets a yummy upgrade
Freezer Burn is the latest to hop on the ube trend.
(SPOT.ph) Freezer Burn made a splash in the dessert game when they opened in July 2016, coming out with composed desserts or pairings of contrasting hot and cold temperatures. The best-selling one, ironically, is also the peculiar Ketchup Mayo Fries. But Freezer Burn promised new flavors, and come September, they brought out three: Banana Leaf and Tonka Bean, Burnt Coconut Husk, and Baguio Ube and Coconut Stracciatella.
The new flavors fetch P295 for the composed desserts. Enjoy a scoop for P150, add two toppings for P180, three toppings for P190, or indulge in a sampler bowl or four scoops for P395. Go all out with a milkshake and cotton candy cloud on top for P250.
We're loving the distinct Pinoy flavors, and we can't wait to sample each—the ube one, especially, being the latest addition to the ube trend.
Freezer Burn is at G/F Q3, Bonifacio High Street, Bonifacio Global City. For more information, visit Freezer Burn's official Facebook page.
