This stall is a cheese lover's dream

Get ready for more cheesy weekends at Cheese Scraper at Mercato Centrale.

( So it seems that scraping cheese is the trend right now, and there are dozens of videos going viral on Facebook to prove that. recently gave you a peek into Raclette Manila, and we found another place to look forward to on the weekends.

Cheese Scraper promises a delectable cheesy overload with their stunning display of melted raclette scraped on a range of dishes. Lo and behold:

 Bacon Raclette Traditional

There's nothing bacon can't make better, especially with the Bacon Raclette Traditional (P320/full scrape, P180/half scrape) which is made up of raclette cheese melted and scraped on a bed of boiled potatoes, mixed greens, baguette, tomatoes cornichons, and pickled pearl onions. The Pepperoni Raclette Traditional (P320/full scrape, P180/half scrape) is made up of the same ingredients without the bacon, adding in pepperoni and arugula on the side.

All the fresh vegatables and crispy mushrooms are sourced from the owners' farm in San Pablo, Laguna.
