Get to know some of Manila's most popular chefs at Mega Food Fest this week
It's all about food, for free.
(SPOT.ph) Whether you’re passionate about food or just love to eat, there’s one food fest happening this week that you shouldn’t miss. Mega Food Fest is happening from April 2 to 5 at SM Mega Fashion Hall from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Michy Malana, marketing manager for SM Malls, shares that the event not only serves as a kickoff to Madrid Fusion 2017 happening this month, but is also their way of celebrating SM Megamall’s casual dining scene. And anyone who has been to the mall recently knows there’s a lot of new restaurants and good food to celebrate.
Aside from filling up from dishes on sale exclusively for the event, there will also be food demonstrations by chefs like Chef Kalel Chan of Raintree Restaurants, Chef Joaquin Migallos of Taco Vengo, Chef Him Uy de Baron of Makansutra Hawkers, and more. There will also be a symposium and short workshop by Chef Margarita Fores of Cibo and Chef Miko Aspiras of Le Petit Souffle.
Mega Food Fest is happening at SM Mega Fashion Hall, Ortigas, Mandaluyong City. Admission is free.
