The Cheapest Michelin-Starred Restaurant Started Out As a Hawker Stall
And now it's headed to Manila!
(SPOT.ph) Chef Chan Hong Meng himself was surprised when his simple hawker stall, Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice & Noodle, won a Michelin star in 2016. Thanks to an endless line of customers, he opened a dine-in version of the stall called Liao Fan Hawker Chan. It now has branches around the world, and it's set to open soon in Manila.
