Ministry of Crab currently sits on the 25th place of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2018 and is also the best restaurant in Sri Lanka. Helmed by Chef Dharshan Munidasa, the restaurant shines the spotlight on Sri Lankan crab and prawns—their signature is the Lagoon Crab, which you can have as chilli crab, pepper crab, garlic crab, or Sri Lankan crab curry.
