(SPOT.ph) When you think of brunch, you probably already have some staples in your head like pancakes, waffles, and bacon. While you're not wrong, who says you can't have whatever you want first thing in the morning? Even if that means Japanese food! At Solaire Resort & Casino’s Yakumi, you can have your fill of popular Japanese dishes and more at their Sunday Brunch Buffet (P2,688++), happening from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

At the buffet, there are private rooms dedicated to different Japanese dishes, where you can watch chefs expertly prepare tempura and chawanmushi (a Japanese steamed-egg dish) in one room; another has pan-fried gyoza and okonomiyaki as well as Japanese fried rice. There's also a sushi station where chefs will prepare nigiri and maki right in front of you. Other Japanese favorites available are ramen in Shoyu, Miso, Tonkotsu, and Tantanmen, as well as udon and soba. Plan that next buffet outing!
Yakumi is at Solaire Resort & Casino, Entertainment City, 1 Aseana Ave, Parañaque City. For reservations, contact 888-8888.
