(SPOT.ph) When Massachusetts-born Emack & Bolio's first arrived at Ayala Malls the 30th, they immediately made a splash with their psychedelic interiors, colorful waffle cones, and crazy ice-cream flavors. If you've been wanting to try it but just haven't had the chance to swing by Pasig, you can catch them now at a second location: They've just opened another branch at One Bonifacio High Street.
You can now treat yourself to their best-selling Marsh “Mellow” Cones or waffle cones covered in colorful candy or cereal using marshmallow fluff. Choosing just one flavor from their unique ice-cream line-up is also going to be a challenge: We recommend “Deep Purple” Chip, which is a no-fail combination of raspberry ice cream and white and dark chocolate chips; and Space Cake, which is cake batter ice cream with huge chunks of shortbread cookies and red velvet cake. Emack & Bolio's changes their menu every week, so you can always expect a surprise on your next visit!
