The main star of the dinner is, of course, the steak, which is dry-aged for 28 days in a special aging room to keep the beef juicy and extremely flavorful. For the course, you also get two of their best-selling sides: the creamy Mashed Potatoes and ultra-rich Creamed Spinach.
Currently, the Wolfgang T-Bone Course is only available at Wolfgang's Steakhouse in Ortigas, but their two other branches will soon follow suit.
