(SPOT.ph) If you didn't grow up munching on the fried goodness that are Lil' Orbits Mini Donuts, then you seriously missed out. Don't worry, because they still have a handful of stalls around the Metro—some of them even deliver! But here's something that's got us a little extra excited: The Lil' Orbits branch that's about to open at SM North EDSA promises to be different from the rest. In fact, it's going to be unlike any other Lil' Orbits you've seen before, with a full-fledged coffee-shop vibe. Plus, they'll be offering mini doughnuts with chocolate dip!
According to franchise owner Lindsday Anne Origenes, the upcoming branch will be bigger than usual, which allows them to add more to Lil' Orbits' standard menu. "The usual Lil' Orbits is a kiosk," shares Origenes via Facebook. "While in [SM North EDSA], it [will be] a small coffee/doughnut shop. We will sell coffee to [pair] with the donut and [we'll] introduce homemade chocolate dip." Aside from doughnuts with dip, Lil' Orbits SM North EDSA will also offer coffee and bar-type seating so you can chill with your snacks. Origenes says they're planning for this new branch to open by July 1. We can't wait!
