(SPOT.ph) While there are very few things more Canadian than Tim Hortons, that doesn't mean the coffee chain can't try their hand at a popular Pinoy favorite: the pan de sal. They've added their own Canadian twist to the Filipino bread with the Timdesal (P75/piece, P160/combo).

The breakfast sandwich features pan de sal stuffed with bacon, cheese, and garlic aioli, plus chipotle sauce for a hint of spice. The sandwich is then panini-pressed to get it all warm and toasty. It's the perfect handheld breakfast, especially when you get it as a combo with coffee.
The Timdesal was especially made to commemorate Independence Day: “As our way of recognizing the significance of Independence Day, we at Tim Hortons wish to offer this breakfast favorite [with a] homey Filipino taste,” shares Stephanie Guerrero, marketing director at Tim Hortons Philippines, via e-mail.
Try this ASAP because the Timdesal is only available until June 30.
