(SPOT.ph) Something we realized very early on is that coffee and ice cream actually go super well together—it's why affogato is such a hit. While affogato is ice cream with espresso poured all over it, Sebastian's Ice Cream found a way to combine the two in a new way through their Buzz Balls (P120/eight pieces, P190/16 pieces).
The new Poppits flavor uses ice cream that has been infused with cold brew made using a special roast of SGD Coffee Sagada beans made exclusively for the brand, so expect a bit of a buzz. The ice cream is then shaped into balls then dipped in mocha chocolate, which forms into a hard shell—perfect for convenient snacking.Â
The Buzz Balls are available at Sebastian's Ice Cream The Podium, Regis Center Katipunan, and Ayala Malls Vertis North.
