(SPOT.ph) If your New Year's resolution of eating healthier has since gone down the drain, there may be hope for you yet.

You already know SaladStop! for their hefty, nutritious-yet-tasty salads and rice bowls—making you rethink that saying that anything good for you probably won’t taste that good. And now, keeping up a healthier diet is even easier thanks to their new grain bowl: the Kokoro Warm Grain Bowl (P400), available for a limited time only.

Roughly translated, the Japanese word kokoro means “heart,” so you can kind of guess what this new grain bowl is all about—or, at least, what it’s meant to be good for.

The Asian-inspired Kokoro Warm Grain Bowl is a medley of superfoods that are good for your heart, with quinoa and brown rice as the base of the dish. Add in romaine lettuce, red and white cabbage, carrots, and sunflower seeds for that tasty crunch, then throw in some sweet corn and furikake for a kick of umami.  This all comes drizzled with a zesty sesame lime dressing to complement the flavors of a perfectly baked salmon crowning the dish.

Like all SaladStop! dishes, this whopping bowl is hearty enough to have as a meal on its own (and yes, we mean hearty in every sense of the word, down to its heart-loving ingredients). It makes a healthier alternative for when you want a filling meal without all the guilt.
