(SPOT.ph) When you think of hotel buffets, your mind probably goes to the several thousands of pesos you have to spend to treat yourself. We found a lunch buffet that won't set you back by that much: Makati Diamond Residences just launched their new Business Lunch Buffet at Alfred, available from Monday to Friday, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. until September 27.
For P1,500, you can feast on a rotating menu of appetizers, salads, flatbreads, plus soup and pasta of the day. Some of the dishes you can get include Spiced Crab Tartlets, Chicken Liver Pate on Crostinis, Roasted Carrots and Couscous, Smoked Salmon and Capers Flatbread, and Pumpkin Soup with Greek Yogurt. The buffet also includes eat-all-you-can U.S. Angus Ribeye, different salmon and shrimp dishes, and desserts.Â
Hankering for something lighter? You can opt for the limited starter and pasta selection for P1,000 per person.Â
