(SPOT.ph) Two dessert flavors we can't get enough of? Oreos and matcha. While we love the two equally addictive but wildly different flavors, we don't really think of combining the two often—but Tsujiri begs to differ. Their latest sweet treat combines Orea and matcha in one decadent cake with Tsujiri Oreo Cheesecake (P250/slice, P2,400/whole).Â

This decadent cake starts with a layer of crushed Oreo cookies as the crust, which is then topped with three layers of cheesecake: matcha, sandwiched between two layers of Oreo. Then, the cake is covered with more Oreo cookies and topped with cookies-and-cream icing. While that already sounds like heaven for anyone with a sweet tooth, hardcore matcha aficionados need not worry about getting that distinctive earthiness they crave—Tsujiri has been whipping up matcha treats for more than 15 decades now, using the highest grade of tea leaves from Uji, Kyoto.Â
