Conti's New Pistachio Cake Is Like Biting Into Clouds

Even so, sometimes the simplest flavors can end up being the most remarkable—no one seems to know this better than the people at Conti’s with their newest cake, the Pistachio Harmony (P795/whole).
This cake combines the airiness of a chiffon with a light, almost whipped cream-like frosting, topped off with chopped pistachios for some welcome extra texture. It’s everything you like about pistachio ice cream, minus the brain freeze.
