Bicol’s Fried Chicken Champ Is Coming to Manila

(SPOT.ph) It’s pretty safe to say that fried chicken transcends trends. Between secret marinades and fancy frying techniques, it even crosses cultures—it’s one of those universal comfort foods that very few will turn down, whether or not they’ve got tears that need mopping up. We can always use more, and this November 8, SM Fairview is being blessed with what’s been a Bicol staple for over 20 years—Bigg’s Diner. 

Their claim to Bicolano fame is that their chicken’s #BiggerThanFastFood, and from what we’ve scoped out, the rumors are true. The burgers, fries, and rice meals look equally promising—better stay tuned.
