Exchange Alley Coffee House Is Upping Their Soft-Serve Game This December
Have it in an affogato!
(SPOT.ph) We’ve long known that coffee and ice cream make for some of the best pairings around. If you're with us, you’re in luck: Alabang coffee haunt Exchange Alley Coffee House (EACH) just celebrated their third birthday, and they’re celebrating in the sweetest way possible: with the release of new flavors to add to their soft-serve lineup. They’ll be varying the flavor every week, and for this week, you can get their Coffee-flavored soft-serve either on a langues de chat cone (P180), as part of an affogato (P180) or fauxgato (with a Risa Chocolates hardshell, P180), or blended into an EACH Shake (P190).
EACH’s Coffee soft-serve is made primarily with milk with ground coffee steeped in—a single origin coffee from Brazil called Aliança, which EACH has also been using for their house espresso in the past year. It takes 14 hours to make, so servings will be limited; all the more reason to head to EACH right now. Other soft-serve flavors they’ll be offering in the coming weeks include Chocolate (made with Risa Chocolates’ 60% South Cotabato chocolate), Earl Grey, and Matcha (using Kagoshima matcha brand D?Matcha). We think we know where we’ll be hanging out for the rest of December.
