A Dining Experience Inspired by Manila and San Francisco Is in The Works

(SPOT.ph) Not too long ago, Hapag Private Dining made our 50 Great Restaurants of 2019 list and with good reason. But their well-earned victory doesn’t mark the end of what they’re up to this year. On December 12 and 13, they’ll be teaming up with Hello, Stranger’s chef Ellie Estrada, who’s a Manileña at her core even if she honed her culinary skills over in the Bay Area. As much as possible, she works with what's in season, so the menu switches up every so often.
