Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory is a Japanese brand of pastries that are infused with cheese. Originally a popular souvenir from Japan, they opened stalls of their sister brand Cow Cow Ice in Manila in 2017, where they peddled their own creamy soft-serve ice cream along with Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory cookies and cheesecakes. In 2019, they also opened their own standalone café, where they offer souffle pancakes and other Japanese-inspired eats.
