Hankering for Italian? Cibo Delivers Their Famous Pastas + More

Including the Penne al Telefono, Farfalle alla Genovese, and more!

(SPOT.ph) Italian food never fails to please—it’s delicious in its simplicity, employing flavors that naturally blend together. One of our favorite places for the said cuisine is Cibo, and if the hankering strikes, you’ll be happy to know they’re offering delivery to Quezon City, San Juan, Pasig, Mandaluyong, Makati, and Taguig. This service is available from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. through their in-house delivery service and GrabFood.

On their delivery menu are some of their most popular starters, pastas and main dishes. Begin your meal with the Crema di Zucca Pancetta (P295), a thick and hearty soup of summer squash, cream, and bacon. Alternatively, there’s the Pappa al Pomodoro (P275) made with tomato, Tuscan whole wheat bread, parmesan, and basil.

The Penne at Telefono has the no-fail flavors of tomatoes, basil, and cheese.

Love pasta? Try their bestselling Penne al Telefono (P435/regular, P765/la famiglia), or penne with a sauce of stewed tomatoes spiked with cream, white cheese, and oh-so-aromatic basil. Those in for herbier flavors will love the the Farfalle alla Genovese (P375/regular, P655/la famiglia), or farfalle pasta with sauteed mushrooms, pesto, parmesan, and cream. If seafood is more your jam, try the Rigatoni All’Alfonso (P495/regular, P865/la famiglia), which has stewed tomatoes, cream, and shrimps on rigatoni.

For mains, carnivores at heart are in for a treat with the Tagliata Di Manzo (P595), or thinly sliced beef tenderloin, which you can have with garlic and rosemary or grilled eggplant and parmesan. They also make an excellent roasted chicken in the form of the Pollo Arrosto (P565), which is as simple as it is flavorful with lemon, black pepper, and parsley.
