(SPOT.ph) So maybe you’ve tried one of those ramen kits—why not try something a little more local, for a change? Sarsa Kitchen+Bar is offering a selection of their famous dishes for delivery, one of which is the Batchoy (P680/serves three to four). It comes in meal-kit format, where the different components—noodles, soup, meat, and other toppings—are packaged separately for you to heat up and assemble at home.
For orders, contact 0906-208-2759 via text or Viber. Note that there’s a cut-off of 2 p.m. for orders, and they send orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. You can pay via BPI or BDO bank deposit.
Aside from the famous pork soup, you can also order meal kits of other Sarsa dishes, including their Chicken Inasal (P800/paa, P800/pecho)—one of our favorites in the Metro thanks to its deep, smoky flavor and juicy meat. Also on their menu is their famous Sizzling Kansi (P820/good for three to four)—mind you, this doesn’t come with a sizzling plate.
If you’re looking to celebrate at home, they’re also offering limited Boodle Kits (P2,450/good for five to six). Be ready to feast—each kit comes with boneless chicken barbecue, burnt coconut grilled liempo with coriander-sili tuba, six cups of chicken rice with annatto crispy garlic, mango salted egg salsa, pancit palabok with squid tomato ala pobre, chicharon tinapa flakes, garlic annatto shrimp, soft-boiled eggs, talangka bell pepper dip, green beans with guinamos, seasonal fruit, and banana leaves to boot!
Sarsa is a Filipino restaurant that opened in 2013. Owned by Chef JP Anglo, they specialize in Negrense dishes given a modern twist.
For orders, contact 0906-208-2759 via text or Viber. For orders of the boodle kit, send a message to Sarsa Kitchen+Bar’s Instagram page.
