Croissants and danishes
If you're looking for an indulgent breakfast or pair to your afternoon tea, don't miss their Croissants (P85/piece, P600/set of eight)—they're as flaky and buttery as you can get. You can also get it as the Croissant Loaf (P295/loaf, P570/set of two loaves). Like it on the sweeter and even more decadent side? Go for the caramel-y, buttery Kouign Amann (P130), the chocolatey Plie Au Chocolat (P125), or the Almond Croissant (P125), which placed third on our 2015 Top 10 Almond Croissants in Manila list.
Beyond their yeasted treats, Eric Kayser is known for their Financiers, or cake-like pastries made with almond flour for a distinctly dense and moist body. You can take your pick from the Vanilla (P120), Pistachio (P140), or Raspberry (P140) variants. They also makes great-tasting cookies that are simultaneously crisp and dense yet chewy, and chock-full of their respective mix-ins. You can go for the Dark Chocolate (P120)—it's one of our favorites of its kind in the Metro—or the Dark Salted Oatmeal (P120), Milk Chocolate (P120), or White Chocolate (P120) variants. And ICYDK, their Brownies (P110) placed fifth on our 2019 Top 10 Brownies in Manila list.
