a mano's New Burrata Soft Serve Sundae Is Made for Chocolate + Pistachio Lovers

We wouldn’t blame you for doing a double-take—or even a triple one. At first glance, the new Pistachios & Chocolate Fudge Burrata Soft Serve looks suspiciously like Dubai Soft Serve's long-lost twin sister. Same pistachio green. Same chocolate brown. Same photogenic waffle cone situation. 

But plot twist: it’s not a sibling per se—it’s more like a bougie cousin. a mano's latest creation features their signature creamy burrata soft serve, a velvety pistachio ganache made with white chocolate couverture that's hidden inside the soft serve, a pistachio chocolate shell, dark chocolate fudge, and crushed roasted pistachios. Sicilian pistachios, no less.

According to Amado Forés, owner of a mano, the collaboration with Chef Nouel Catis inspired their new offering: “Through the collaboration, we saw how much diners enjoyed the combination of pistachios and chocolate, which aligned perfectly with our plans at a mano," . After all, chocolate and pistachio have always been a classic Italian pairing. Our chefs wanted to honor that heritage. This new flavor is a natural progression for us, built on what resonated before but crafted through our ‘fresh and faithful Italian’ lens."

The Pistachios & Chocolate Fudge Burrata Soft Serve costs P370 (P260 for the soft serve + P60 for the toppings + P50 for the waffle cone bowl). This will be available starting July 19, Saturday, at all branches: Gateway Mall 2, Quezon City; One Bonifacio High Street, BGC; Shangri-La Plaza, Mandaluyong City; and Rockwell, Makati City.
