Baked Chicken Gratin


The Napoleon Tea lends a sweet aroma to the Baked Chicken Gratin (P575), which is marinated in rosemary and paprika, served on a bed of potato gratin and spinach puree, and topped with cream cheese, hollandaise, and broccoli florets.


Nicoise Salad


If you're looking for something light, order the Nicoise Salad (P495). It's a flavorful dish from Southern France that combines seared tiger prawn, tuna confit, fresh greens, baby potatoes, soft quail eggs, edamame, sweet bell peppers, and olives. It's infused with Matcha green tea to give it an earthier tone and texture.


Neapolitan Beef


Meanwhile, the Neapolitan Beef (P695) features a hearty, succulent cut of braised beef doused in Neapolitan sauce and infused with Comptoir des Indes Tea. Baby potatoes and buttered asparagus round out the meal. 


Pasta Puttanesca 


Lastly, there's TWG Tea's Pasta Puttanesca (P575), which has a vibrant and bold flavor that is amplified by the infusion of Eternal Summer Tea. The blend complements the sweet and buttery flavors of the accompanying pan-seared sea bass fillet, sauteed garlic, anchovies, olives, and capers.
