Take a Look Inside the McDonald's NXTGEN Store in Fort Bonifacio
It's the first in the country.
(SPOT.ph) McDonald’s is making dining out even more convenient with its newest flagship branch: the McDonald’s NXTGEN store, which is now open at McKinley West.
The striking look of the branch is hard to miss. The trademark golden neon arches are integrated into the design of the building, inspired by founder Ray Kroc's first McDonald’s franchise store, which opened in 1955.
Inside, the tech vibe goes beyond aesthetics. There’s a modernized menu board that shows the availability of menu items and promos so you immediately get an idea of what you can order. This flagship store also features a Self-Ordering Kiosk for card payments. Using your Mastercard or Visa cards, you can skip the long lines and order through the kiosks, then claim a number and wait for your order to be ready. If you’re not sure how it works, you may approach the McDonald’s crew members in neon green to assist you.
McDonald’s NXTGEN also has all the conveniences you’ve come to expect from other McDonald’s branches: a separate McCafé area, a McDonald’s PlayPlace, a Birthday Party room, drive-thru services, and charging stations for your gadgets. Free WiFi is also available inside the store, so you can study, work, or just browse through social media while you’re having your meal.
More NXTGEN stores are in the works, but for now, if you want to experience a different McDonald’s, pay the first NXTGEN branch a visit.
