This Is the Perfect Excuse to Explore Some Hidden Hangouts in Manila

All signs point to beer.

(SPOT.ph) We all love Metro Manila for the stories it gives us—from the most epic night outs to lazy Sunday afternoons at the coolest cafés—but there’s just so much more to devour. If you can’t remember the last time you explored and discovered its hidden gems, then you’re in for a treat as Heineken launches a campaign that celebrates all the secret spots and unexpected locations that might just be your new favorites. Their goal? To make you fall in love with the city, over and over again.

The #OpenManila campaign, which was launched in Escolta, will host a series of events across the Metro. Just recently, the second installment took place in a quaint hangout in the south called the TAS Roofdeck at BF Homes, Parañaque. Guests got to enjoy awesome music from DJ Badkiss and more—while enjoying a few or more good bottles of beer.

“Manila has a lot of surprises and we want to uncover it. There are just too many good places that you probably haven’t heard of, places that have been there but probably still less noticed. It’s exciting to be able to know all of it. We want people to get out of their comfort zones and see the city in a new light,” said Christian Aguilar, Group Marketing Manager of Heineken.

If you’re up for the challenge, just visit pubs in different parts of Manila with the #OpenManila sign, take a photo in front of the sign, and upload it on your Instagram account with #openmanila and make sure to follow and tag @heineken_ph. Winners will get to explore more amazing cities around the globe like London, Amsterdam, and more.

TAS Roofdeck is at 31 Aguirre Street, BF Homes, Parañaque City. For more information, log on to Heineken’s website and Facebook page.
