(SPOT.ph) Student discounts work wonders—you get cheaper fares on rides (including plane tickets!) and pay less for certain services, like premium accounts for music streaming platforms. While it can soften the blow on your pocket (after all, you're still on allowance), some places and services don't offer the same discounts on holidays. But here's some good news: Cinema Centenario is still honoring student discounts on August 21 for Ninoy Aquino Day and August 26 for National Heroes' Day. Tickets for students are still priced at P150.
The microcinema made the announcement on their Facebook page.
Students can still avail of tickets priced at P150 from Mondays to Thursdays. For the month of August, you can catch past Cinemalaya film entries like Pan De Salawal, ML, and Pamilya Ordinaryo, along with newer releases like My Letters to Happy. Planning to watch one of those movies? Check the screening schedule.Â
Cinema Centenario is at 2/F 95 Maginhawa Street, Teachers Village East, Diliman, Quezon City. For more information, you can check Cinema Centenario's Facebook page.
