(SPOT.ph) Have you ever watched a teen drama and wondered what went wrong with the youth? Well, not-so-old folks, here's a reminder: today's crazy soaps wouldn't be possible without a predecessor, a.k.a. the dramas you enjoyed. Case in point, one of the OG series, Dawson's Creek was definitely where you got your usual dose of '90s angst—and you can relive those crazy times when it drops on Netflix on November 1. Check out this throwback to the old openings:
Yup, you can binge-watch all six seasons of the series on Netflix real soon—remember when we used to have to wait days before the next episode? Who knows how we lived not knowing what would happen in the love triangle of Dawson (James Van Der Beek), Pacey (Joshua Jackson), and Joey (Katie Holmes).
The series first started airing in 1998 and followed a group of teenagers in a small Massachusetts town. They go through the highs and lows of being a teenager, and their stories get pretty deep, delving into themes of mortality, infidelity, sexuality and more.
For now, we have our fingers crossed that the other shows we watched back then land on streaming soon, too. Anyone else divide their watching time between Dawson's Creek and One Tree Hill? Or maybe Seventh Heaven was more your thing. And of course we can't forget Tabing Ilog either!
