Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila takes you to a journey of taste, featuring the finest in French culinary tradition. Cheese expert Colin Chandaras shares the fine art of appreciating cheese at Spiral’s L’Epicerie from July 6 to 10 at lunch and dinner. Cheese master and owner of Fromagerie Beillevaire Pascal Beillevaire shares the secrets of the decadent art of cheese and wine pairing at Le Bar on July 10, 7 p.m., featuring French wine masters and sommeliers in a wine and cheese atelier of pure indulgence. Rate is set at P1,800 net per person. On July 11, 4 p.m., take your cheese and wine pairing expertise to the next level with Pascal Beillevaire in a special class at Spiral’s L’Epicerie for P1,500 net per person.
