Kitchen Revolution is having a Taco Fiesta on January 8, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., where you can whip up healthier fillings for this Mexican favorite, without sacrificing flavor.
On the menu are the following irresistible combinations:
- Lentil walnut taco meat, Mexican soy chorizo crumbles, and black beans with cilantro
- Chili-roasted peppers and zucchini, cilantro lime brown rice, and garden fresh vegetables
- Guacamole, pico de gallo, cashew or sunflower seed sour cream, and nacho cheese sauce
- Homemade corn tortillas (gluten-free) and homemade wholewheat tortillas
