Moymoy Palaboy wanted by fans in Mexico
The YouTube-famous lipsynching duo Moymoy Palaboy is now internationally acclaimed. Mexican fans want them to perform in Mexico as they told the Mexican show Venga La Alegria, PEP reports.
The hosts of that show even impersonated the duo's performance of "Macho Man" which was first performed in Bubble Gang where Moymoy Palaboy are regulars.
Roadfill and James Obeso in real life, the brothers are very flattered by the attention. "Hindi nga namin alam noon na sikat pala kami sa Mexico. Siguro dahil 'dun sa 'Marimar' at 'dun sa 'Volare,'" Roadfill said.
"Marimar" (sung in Spanish) and "Volare" (sung in Italian) are songs that are part of their extensive YouTube video collection.
Asked if they're really going to Mexico, Roadfill said not yet, mentioning the swine flu spread there. Plus, they're still on tour promoting their debut album Uploaded. As a tribute especially for their Mexican fans, they recorded the Spanish song "Chorizo Burrito."
