Manny Pacquiao accused of taking steroids

Pound-for-pound boxer Manny Pacquiao has been accused of allegedly taking steroids and supplements by Floyd Mayweather Sr., reports Josh Slagter of The Grand Rapids Press, September 15, on mlive.com:

Floyd Mayweather Sr.: Manny Pacquiao on supplements, steroids

According to Mayweather Sr., "I believe he's on some type of supplements." Mayweather Sr. is a professional boxing trainer, as well as father and former trainer of five-division champion Floyd Mayweather Jr.

"I don't think he can beat Lil' Floyd with steroids in him or not," Mayweather Sr. said. "He don't have that kind of talent. He don't have that kind of skill, whatever he has in him," continues Mayweather.

Pacquiao's next bout is on November 14 against Miguel Cotto. The Pinoy boxer added the junior welterweight championship to his growing collection of honors when he beat Ricky Hatton in Las Vegas earlier this year.
